![]() 4. Goodhart Hall Bryn Mawr College, Bryn Mawr This exceptional building was designed in 1928 by noted architect Arthur Meigs of the firm Mellor Meigs and Howe, an architectural firm that designed many other notable residences in the area, especially in Overbrook Farms. Rather church-like in appearance with its prominent spire and Gothic entrances and windows, the building includes lamps, gates, doorknobs, massive hinges and more which were elegantly crafted by master ironworker Samuel Yellin, the most prominent craftsman of his trade in the Philadelphia region in the early 20th century. This building, designed and still used as an auditorium and theater for Bryn Mawr College, has recently been lovingly restored by the college.
